Abstract. This study was motivated by the importance of improving the quality of educational services for
children with special needs through adequate school facilities and profesionalisme guru in enhancing parental
satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of school facilities and profesionalisme
guru on parental satisfaction, with trust serving as a mediating variable, at SLB Negeri Jenangan, Ponorogo
Regency. A quantitative research approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving all
parents or guardians of students, totaling 82 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and
analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that
school facilities and profesionalisme guru did not have a direct significant effect on parental satisfaction.
However, both variables had a positive and significant effect on parental trust. Trust was also found to have
a positive and significant effect on parental satisfaction and fully mediated the relationship between school
facilities and profesionalisme guru and parental satisfaction. These results indicate that efforts to improve
parental satisfaction are more effective when focused on strengthening parental trust, which can be fostered
through adequate facilities and high levels of profesionalisme guru. Therefore, schools should prioritize
building and maintaining parental trust as part of their strategy to enhance the quality of educational services.
