Abstract

Purpose: Amaliyyatu-T-Tadris activity is a mandatory activity for the final class of Kulliyyatul Mu'allimin wal Mu'allimaat Al-Islamiyah as a foundation for teaching later and also as one of the graduation requirements. With this activity, the final class will dare to appear to show their skills in teaching. Arrisalah Modern Islamic Boarding School takes the path of amaliyatu-t-tadris or teaching practice on a small scale such as in class to produce professional teachers or instructors who are very ideal, ideal in thinking, acting, and moving. Because this is a series of starting points taken before becoming a professional teacher. All teachers at the Islamic Boarding School come from students and all have gone through this sacred activity.
Study design/methodology/approach: This study used a quantitative research method with simple linear regression analysis techniques, with a population of 277 and a sample of 46 female students. The questionnaires were distributed to respondents and then processed using SPSS.
Findings: The study explains that there is a significant influence between these activities on the professionalism of prospective teachers in the final class of KMI. The findings in the field of a series of amaliyatut-t-tadris activities can educate prospective teachers to train themselves to become professional teachers by carrying out responsibilities as well as possible. Another thing, states that to produce professional teachers is not only amaliyatut-t-tadris activities but also other factors such as teaching afternoon lessons and others. Amaliyatut-t-tadris activities are one of the activities that serve as training for prospective professional teachers. The better the amaliyatut-t-tadris, the better the professional attitude of prospective teachers.
